Every order is shipped free of charge, no matter where you are in the world. We use trusted couriers including UPS, DPD, and FedEx to ensure your artwork arrives safely and on time.

Please note: production takes 1–4 business days as all pieces are made to order.
We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
If you’ve entered a P.O. Box at checkout, please email us at support@signumauratum.com with an alternative address. We can update your delivery details with the courier.
Packaging
Unframed prints are carefully rolled and shipped in thick protective cardboard tubes.
Framed pieces are sent ready to hang—professionally mounted if purchased with the artwork in the same order.
Order & Tracking Information
You will receive three emails after purchase:
- Order confirmation
- Thank-you email (once your piece enters production)
- Dispatch email with your tracking link
If you don’t receive your tracking email, check your junk folder or email us at support@signumauratum.com with your name or order email.
Delivery Issues
If your delivery fails or is delayed, please email us at support@signumauratum.com with your tracking number and we’ll help resolve it.
If your parcel is lost in transit, let us know within 4 weeks of the estimated delivery date. We will replace the order once we confirm the shipping address.
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, we’ll do our best to help, but replacements in this case would be at your expense.
Returns & Refunds
To start a return, email support@signumauratum.com within 14 days of receiving your item (or 30 days if you added Extended Protection).
Items must be returned in original condition and packaging within 14 days of your return notice.
Return shipping and any applicable customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
We do not accept returns for custom orders or gift cards.
Returns based on design preference are not accepted.
Cancellations
Confirmed orders cannot be changed or edited.
If you wish to cancel, a £25 handling fee will apply.
Uncollected Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, a £30 fee will be charged to cover shipping and restocking.
Local Taxes
We cover all import duties and taxes for the UK, EU, US, Australia, and Norway.
Orders shipped to other countries may be subject to local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Artwork Value
Our artworks are part of limited collections and will never be reissued. This exclusivity supports both their collectability and potential for long-term value.
